Information about the processing of personal data
Pursuant to Act No. 110/2009 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”)

The client's personal data, including special categories of personal data, are processed by the Administrator in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for the purpose of providing psychological counseling and in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(f) for the purpose of protecting the legitimate interests of the Administrator in the event of a dispute arising from the contract, unless in a specific case the interests of the client outweigh the interests of the Administrator.
The recipient of the client's personal data is the Personal Data Administrator and, based on the client's consent, in exceptional cases, also persons cooperating with the administrator, but solely in the interest of the client and for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded between the client and the administrator.
The Administrator processes the personal data of the client (in the case of a minor client and his legal representative) based on the written consent provided by the client or his legal representative. The provision of personal data is a necessary prerequisite for the relevant provision of services by the Administrator to the client. The Administrator stores the client's personal data for the period of provision of services to the client and for a period of five years from the last consultation.
The client (or his legal representative) acknowledges that he is entitled to:
Withdraw your consent at any time, for each processing purpose separately.
Request information about what personal data is being processed about him/her.
Request correction or addition of your personal data.
Request the deletion of personal data for which there is no longer a reason for processing.
Request restriction of processing of data that is inaccurate, incomplete or for which the reason for their processing has ceased to exist, but do not agree to their deletion.
Request the transfer of processed data.
Receive a response to your request addressed to the Administrator without undue delay, in any case within one month of receipt of the request by the Administrator.
File a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection, ppkol. Sochora 27, Prague 7, 170 000) if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the GDPR.
