I offer individual counselling focused on solving problems for parents and children, support groups for parents to develop and share experiences, and tailored consultations that can take place in person in Brno or online. Individual counselling

for parents

I help parents better understand their own and their children's experiences, both in everyday life situations and when dealing with challenges such as problems at school, parental divorce or a child with special needs. I am here for you to find a way to cope with these situations together.

Be the best support for your child.

I provide consultations to families, most often parents with children of any age. Usually, only the parent comes to the first meeting, with whom we map out the problem together, and the parent usually comes to the next meeting with the child. However, in some cases, it is enough to work only with the parent, who is then an informed guide to their child. My psychological counseling is educational and solution-oriented. I try to ensure that you take away a specific tip and better insight into your situation from the first meeting. In cooperation with me, you are an active participant in possible solutions and support for your child.

I help teens and young adults find answers to questions about relationships, self-discovery, making decisions about the future, and coping with the challenges of adolescence and adulthood - whether it's family, school, or first work experiences.

I provide psychological counselling and consultations to adolescents and young adults who come with various concerns and challenges related to their personal development, relationships, school or work life. Minors can come with parental consent, but I always respect their need for privacy and independence. During the counselling, we will focus on current problems and together we will find ways to cope with them. I help you, adolescents and young adults, to better understand yourself, your emotions and decisions in the areas of family, friends, school or work. I will help you develop the skills to cope with life situations, accept responsibility for decisions and find your own path.

Parenting skills development groups

I organize regular parent support meetings where we meet in small groups to discuss specific parenting topics and share personal stories and concerns. At each meeting, you will receive new information, practical tips, and support for your unique parenting approach.

Being a parent in the 21st century means facing situations that previous generations did not know. Your parents or grandparents usually cannot advise you - their experiences come from another world, where family relationships, upbringing and communication took place in different conditions. Society is changing, technology is changing the ways we talk to each other and build relationships, and the "proven" parenting approaches of the past no longer always work or make sense. So where do you look for answers when you want to make sure you are on the right path? How can you get information that will help you be a strong, yet kind support for your children? That is exactly why I organize Parent Support Groups - regular meetings in a small circle of modern-minded parents. Together we address specific parenting topics, share experiences and find answers to questions that will move you forward in parenting.
